Membership.

Membership at Derby Rowing Club is open to all. A list of our membership types can be seen below.

As a member of our club, you will gain access to our professional land and water rowing equipment, access to the club bar and catering facilities.

We provide a comprehensive training programme delivered by friendly and experienced coaches who are passionate about rowing.

Our club has influenced a large number of people in extremely positive ways, creating lifelong friendships, improving fitness and with a positive environment that brings people together.

Derby Rowing Club recognises that for some members the costs of attending events or taking  part in the sport can be burdensome. The Club is committed to the principle that no member  should be barred from achieving sporting excellence through reason of affordability. The Club  is therefore minded, subject to its own financial constraints, to financially support members of  need, where involvement in the sport might otherwise be unaffordable. Therefore, we have introduced a Hardship Fund to support members with the costs associated with the sport. If you are interested in applying for support, please contact the Club Captain or Welfare Officer - all applications will be dealt with upmost confidentiality.
