GUESTS
Derby Rowing Club recognises that it's members may sometimes wish to bring guests to the club to train alongside them or to give them a means for experienced non-members to try rowing at the club before taking out a club membership. Therefore, Derby Rowing Club is introducing a new Guest process.

The caveats of the process are:
- it is not intended to be a long term alternative to membership and may be withdrawn by the committee if abused.
- guests must be supervised by a fully-paying member at all times
- members bringing guests accept liability for any damage caused to equipment under their guidance
- guests accept that their activity is not covered by the clubs insurance and that they take part in said activity at their own risk
- any access to water equipment must also be confirmed with the Club Captain, particularly if it includes a non-experienced member taking to the water
- the Club Captain will give sanctions to the above process for long-term composite crews who use the club and it's equipment for training. Those individuals must only fill in the form once, but should list out the details of said composite on the form below.
