Q: How many people can the room hold? A: Up to 100 guests, we advise 60-70 depending on layout. Q: Is there a bar? A: Yes! We have a fully licensed bar run by our friendly volunteers, offering drinks at great club prices. Q: Can we bring our own food or catering? A: Yes, you’re welcome to arrange your own catering. Q: Can we decorate the room? A: Absolutely - you can make it your own for your event. We just ask that you don’t use anything that might damage the room. Q: What time does the bar close? A: Last orders are at 11:30pm, and the venue closes by midnight. Q: Can we play our own music or hire a DJ? A: Yes! You can plug into our sound system or bring your own equipment. Live music and DJs are welcome, within agreed sound limits. Q: What are your hire times? A: The room can be booked for daytime, evening, or weekend events. Bar service finishes at 11:30pm, and the venue must be vacated by midnight. Q: Do I need to pay a deposit? A: Yes, a small refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
